Leeks

The leek is a biennial herbaceous plant whose leaves are dark green or yellowish green, grouped to form a sort of pseudo-stem. Its flowers are white / green, formed by three pieces and brought in an inflorescence with an umbrella at the end of a flower scape that usually develops during the second year of life of the plant.
